1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of new, used, and refurbished electric golf carts by Ergon Golf Carts. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Ergon Golf Carts is a South African business registered under the Business Registration Number 2024/475157/07, operating from its fulfillment facility at 14th Avenue, Doc Wilson Point, Kwa zulu-Natal 4295.
2. Product Specifications
All product descriptions, technical specifications, and pricing are accurate at the time of listing. Ergon Golf Carts reserves the right to update specifications or prices without prior notice. Refurbished carts are subject to a thorough quality inspection prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our premium standards.
3. Delivery & Fulfillment
Orders are delivered nationwide via insured freight partners. Delivery times vary by province and are subject to freight availability. The fulfillment facility in Vanderbijlpark is a preparation and dispatch center; walk-in sales and customer collections are not available. All freight is insured against loss or damage.
4. Payment & Refunds
Full payment is required before dispatch. Ergon Golf Carts does not offer refunds for used or refurbished carts once dispatched. If a product is found to be defective, a warranty claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed according to the South African Payment and Deposit Protection Act.
5. Warranty & Support
Warranty support is provided for all new and refurbished carts. For warranty claims, contact sales@ergongolfcarts.co.za. Ergon Golf Carts provides professional customer assistance for all technical inquiries and maintenance requirements related to our electric golf cart fleet.
