At Ergon Golf Carts, we are committed to providing a premium shopping experience. Please review our return and refund procedures to ensure a seamless process for your purchase.
Return Eligibility
Orders are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the golf cart must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact. Refurbished and used carts are not eligible for returns.
Return Procedures
Once we receive your returned golf cart, we will inspect it for condition. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that all freight charges and delivery costs are non-refundable.
